Why is a Day trip, this is a short but pleasing safari and suitable for travellers without much time but intend to have an experience of the wildlife.

ITINERARY

Early morning around 05:15 our driver will pick you up at your place in Zanzibar and drive to the Airport to catch your flight to Mikumi which departs 08:00 am and will arrive in Mikumi Park at 09:10 am.

On arriving at Mikumi you will meet your guide and start a game drive in a Landcruiser with pop up the roof to let you witness the various wild animals like Wildebeest, Buffaloes, Giraffes, Lions, Elephants, Zebras, leopards, wild dogs and many more including birds species.

We break up for breakfast around 10 am then continue the drive till 8 pm for lunch inside the park then finish the game drive.

At the end of a game drive, our guide will assist you to the airstrip where you will meet your awaiting flight back to Zanzibar. once you arrive in Zanzibar the taxi driver will be ready to pick you back to your accommodation.

A day trip safari package at Mikumi National Park is charged $420 per person and the charge is included as follows.
